F&B Service Supervisor (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about hospitality and eager to take on responsibility? As an F&B Service Supervisor, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our service team and, together with the restaurant management, ensure that everything runs smoothly at Restaurant VITUS, as well as during conferences, events, and banquets.

With your positive attitude, organizational skills, and commitment to excellent service, you create unforgettable experiences for our guests and motivate your team every single day.

Your Responsibilities

  • Operational Management of a Service Shift in the Restaurant and Event Sector
  • A warm and welcoming host and point of contact for our guests
  • Ensuring a professional and seamless service process
  • Support, Motivation, and Training for the Service Team
  • Close collaboration with the kitchen, banquet department, and front desk
  • Monitoring and Ensuring Compliance with Our Quality and Service Standards
  • Responsibility for mise en place and the cost-effective use of supplies

  • Complaint Management and a Solution-Oriented Approach to Guest Requests

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry

Your Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and Maintenance of Our Hotel Rooms
  • Cleaning of Public Areas
  • Preparing the rooms for arriving guests
  • Change of Bed Linens and Towels
  • Restocking Guest Supplies
  • Quality Control of the Rooms
  • Reporting Technical Defects
  • Compliance with Hygiene and Quality Standards

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • A meticulous and reliable approach to work

Working Hours

Mostly between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., according to the work schedule.
